I don’t know if there’s been a change in management or staff but Natures Market in Kent has gone downhill with their customer service. I’ve gone in about 3 times and each time the cashier isn’t very helpful and seems a little lazy. They seemed to never have the smoothie area open now no matter what time you go in there. I had to bag my own items because he took his sweet time putting on his gloves. As if he wasn’t motivated at all... I will take my money elsewhere.

Nature's market is a great place for natural, healthy, vegan, and supplement needs. Amazing selection of sweet cravings! This store is a gem, I recommend coming here on a free day and browsing the whole store. I guarantee you won't leave empty handed and will be planning your never trip. They have an amazing self serve (pre-pandamic) soup area. Mostly always with non-vegan and vegan soup option of the day. As well as sandwiches in the cold section. My honey and I would always come specifically to get a yummy treat. I've been coming here since I was just a little girl with my mom. And now as an adult with my first on the way. I'm proud to say I am a loyal customer.

They always have a friendly and knowledgeable staff here. Their prices on vitamins and essential oils are fair, this store has plenty of organic and vegan food and snack options. They also have a freezer aisle with ice cream & other frozen foods.
