Rooms and bed were clean and comfortable. Check in quick. Hotel has a playground for the kids along with a dog area to walk your pet. Location good with easy access on and off hwy. Hot and cold included breakfast was great. So why 3 stars?? We had a long drive and booked for the hot tub and swimming pool. They were out of order. Room above us had children that were running and jumping on the floor. Bathtub leaked. Toilet had to be flushed a number of times. For the expensive price they charged, it would have been better to sleep in my car

Positive: Everything was warm and inviting, staff quite friendly and helpful, and if you had a 1st floor room you had 2 entries which was very handy! Located next to Al's Oasis and received 10% discount. Negative: As always with any hotel breakfast, could be a little bit tastier

We got three rooms, in one room the microwave was very filthy and disgusting and no trash bag in the can. The second room was missing the room book, and the ice tub was not clean and sticky. The third on was so nosiy from them having to move fridge's in and out down the hall. The mattresses were comfortable but the pillows we very small, like throw pillows. And the pool/hit tub we're closed to maintenance which they did not indicate at the time of booking.

Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly very good. Cold & hot options available. Hot options included waffles, eggs, corned beef hash. Cold options included cereal, donuts, yogurt. We booked the hotel knowing we would have a short 1 night stay. We have 3 children under 10. We really were expecting & hoping to swim in the pool. However, right after checking in we were walking to the elevator & I noticed a sign on a door at the end of the hall. I walked down to it & read that the pool was closed. I asked the front desk if they had an arrangement with a nearby hotel to allow guests to swim. There are at least 2 other hotels within 1/2 mile. I was told this was not an option, with nothing else offered. I contacted the agency I booked our room through & did receive a discount. It was too late for anything else. I did contact another nearby hotel & they had an available room, but I was not able to rebook our room with them. Overall, cleanliness was so-so. Breakfast was good.. Staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. It would be good if they told guests while booking or at check in.
