We were on vacation for the weekend and we really enjoyed staying here. The location is close to Glenwood Springs and it’s also really close to the freeway which is convenient. We were able to check in on the Hilton app the day before and pick our room, it was nice having the digital key on our phone. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. The staff was wonderful- friendly and helpful. The King room was large and appeared very clean. I do wish the sheets were softer but overall, this was an excellent stay. Thank you.

Everything was awesome. I only have two suggestions. That is that the indoor pool was just redone and in excellent shape, but the water smelled like gas or perhaps the pool varnish. So I suggest a water swap. No it is not a sulfer spring pool. I am talking about the pool inside. The single serve coffee pot inserts are new plastic for the guest, but leak a bit in the room coffee pot around the top. So just be mindful of that. Rifle has a Walmart, Theater, tons of places to eat. The facility was clean and well kept. The breakfasts were amazing. Staff was friendly. They have a lobby seating lounge with coffee, hot chocolate, plus flavored creamers. Everything was amazing. I saw bottled waters at times and spied what looked like sack lunches but did not ask about those at the front counter. They very well may be. Also in the late afternoon there were complimentary cookies. Just absolutely the best place I have stayed on vacation. One thing to note. Try to get your Glenwood Springs swim time reservations early. They fill fast. We had to add an additional night to our stay. Also the Rifle Walmart did not sell robes, but Target in Glenwood Springs did. I fully suggest bringing a robe if you are going to the hot springs. We went to Iron Mountain Hot Springs and Hampton has a card with 10% off. So call ahead to Hampton to ask for the code if you want to preserve your spot before the trip. STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING AND MADE ME FEEL SPECIAL.
