Update: I was told someone would be in contact with my spouse to discuss the issues she had. Haven't heard a peep from them!! Unorganized, unprofessional and slow! If you are planning on getting a rental, call ahead to make sure they have one EVEN if they previously said they did. And plan on taking the day off work! Spouse showed up for her rental after a car accident. She took off work and there was no car for her. Showed up again and they had one but it was dirty, and not cleaned or sanitized could barley see out the windshield. Amd there was zero gas in it.

I am just so impressed at how Fremont's Enterprise went above and beyond to provide such a great experience! After being stuck in a game of pointing fingers from a car accident that was 0% my fault, I was absolutely fed up with everything before making the call to Enterprise. The body shop was pointing the finger at the insurance company, the insurance company was pointing the finger at Enterprise, and all I was asking for was to not be stuck with the rental bill for an accident I was not at fault for (literally I was in the store and the person backed into my brand new car). After discussing the situation with the manager he was very understanding of the situation, and said he was not in the pointing fingers business and would do his best to make it right. Within a day the situation was resolved, and I'm so impressed with how he represented Enterprise by stepping up to the plate by being the bigger man and providing great customer service. Thank you Enterprise, and thank you to the Fremont, Nebraska area manager!

Enterprise has always had my back when I needed a better car for traveling. Price is Right, cars clean and well serviced. I won't use any other company. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant to work with.

I rented the van for a long vacation last week there seems to be just one guy working in there who is very busy but always courteous and professional and was able to help us get a great vehicle for a great price. The van was in great shape and ran very well with only 19,000 miles at the start of the trip I will definitely consult this Agency for all my future vehicle rental needs. Thank you very much.
