I have wonderful experience with the instructors in this school, Buffy, Ali, and David. I won’t be able to get the CDL with out there help. Buffy, went beyond and above bringing the range on her board and taking extra time explaining and showing me how the trailer behave. Her showing me the skills on the board was eye opener and I was able to apply it at the range. If you’re struggling like me, Buffy is a great mentor. Her goal is the students success and will invest all her extra personal time to help you with determination to see you pass the test.

I'm so glad I went with RTDS trucking school. All the instructors are great. I have to give a big shout to my driving instructor Dave Miler. He gave me great guidance and was patience with me throughout my training. I was initially intimidated with operating the tractor on the road, but all that washed away working with Dave. By the second day If felt confident getting behind the wheel and operating the vehicle.

Very good school I came in with absolutely no experience and passed my cdl test on the first time Keith was a great instructor in the classroom and Gary was good on the yard great experience

Is there any grants or funding for schooling?
I only needed a refresher coarse that took 2 days to complete & the cost to be certified was only $1000
Thank you for your interest in RTDS truck driving school. We are providing training and testing facilities so you can obtain your CDL after graduation. Initially for enrollment you only need to hold a regular driving license.

No! As with all and many things it's always good to have connections. The owner doesn't even extend an invite of employment to the company he owns to the students that graduate. You're on your own.

It's a rough estimate ...but when I took the class..(160 hr) it was $5000.. But the State picked up the tab

Call again the owner of this company personally made me coffee and everyone was extremely polite and respectful and I have my CDL making almost $76000 a year
I also had my permit and had some family issues and didn't proceed on getting license it might be different with you already having your cdl I would suggest giving dmv a call I had to retake the test start from zero again but decided just to take the required test to get it and will be taking endorsement test with time to add on to cdl or as required good luck hope it helps or answer your question...
Start by getting ur permit it will be easier and faster to get your license by doing a shorter program that rtds offers but it depends in your financial status or you can also look for companies that are schools only downside it's that they might want you to work for them for a year or so with little pay and no home time.
