Whomever it is working in the office is refusing me my refundable deposit because my wife is not present and was the one who made the reservation despite the fact that i was there at the time of check in and had paid for the room out of my own pocket right then and there in the office. It seems like they just want to keep my money because my wife had to leave because of an urgent matter and they believe I have no recourse in the matter. Horrible customer service and very poor people skills by this lady who was combative and had a very bad attitude for absolutely no reason. I tried to sit and wait for her to speak to her manager about the matter and she insisted i sit outside as if i was impeding her ability to do her job with anything that resembled competence. If zero stars were possible id choose that. There are nicer properties for less money and its obvious that taking advantage of people is their priority here
