If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible horrible customer service unless you’re asking about how to make a payment, then they’re super responsive. They claimed they emailed me documents I requested. I never received them and they have ignored all further correspondence from me. Very unprofessional.

Alert is a scam. They don't pay attention to you, they don't comply, they always dodge. If you stopped to look at the address on maps, it does not belong to this company. Y does not correspond where it indicates. They have a thousand and one methods for you to end up processing to infinity to do nothing.

Yes it is! You go into training for about 4 weeks then nesting
