Today was our English Bulldog Abbey's first appointment here at Aliante Animal Hospital, we have been going to another Vet for Years where she began to become Anxious and having Anxiety attacks just entering that Vet so we decided to try Aliante Animal Hospital. Not Only did Abbey like the Vet and her assistant, she also remained calmed while getting her shots and examination. When I booked Abbey's appointment with SARA who was tremendously helpful and was able to book Abbey almost immediately. My Husband is really pleased with Aliante Animal Hospital and this will be our new forever Vet. Thank you so much Aliante Animal Hospital !

Update: After 3 weeks of calling and being ignored ( I’ve called once a week ) I was told the manager would call me/ The head doctor. The front office tells me “ we are aware of your reviews on a public forum and are going to have to sever ties and that we ask that you do not call back “ I was very calm and just asked to speak with one of the managers of the head doctor and I was told I would before and she told me there was nothing further they could do. So because I posted MY experience, I get no answers and discharged after also being told there was a possibility of having a second opinion by another doctor. Really fantastic business. The worst experience I have ever had with a vets office. Brought my girl in for a quality of life visit due to her excessive pain response, and finding 3 separate masses. I have had my dog her entire life. She is the dreaded doodle breed. Already riddled with issues because of her genetic pairing, she has these 3, obvious, masses. I was not greeted, and just waited for her name to be called. “Dr.” Trujillo tells me she is probably panting a lot because it is hot outside, and that my dog has a lot of fur. My dog uses the restroom outside and comes back in to sleep , and was shaved 2 weeks ago. She tells me that she could not feel the 3 masses, but instead felt “fat pouches” because my dog is overweight. Completely denies the third mass. She wants to order x rays *just in case* she missed something. She offers dasequin because doodles have the genetic make up they do and denies seeing anything that would cause physical or palpable pain to my dog. She is 9. I have had her for NINE years and I know her like the back of my hand. I know when she is in pain. She has never acted like what I described and she is denying my dog being in pain. Instead, my dog is anxious. At nine years old. She has miraculously developed anxiety, despite after all of her years of living, never acting out, she is now anxious. The fact that my dog did not want to follow her into the back should’ve been my first clue. She then returned two separate times without my dog after the examination. Why was she back there so long? Was someone confirming something, or was she just being a lab rat? There is absolutely no reason my dog should’ve stayed back there unless by request. The man that brought her back had the most disgusted look on his face. Never said a word. Pretty much threw the leash back at me. I was quoted 51 over the phone for her exam, and charged 63 in person, $30 for two weeks of meds to “see if they help her “. $87 total to speak with someone who dismissed and denied my animal. Who second guessed herself, and had no real knowledge. Absolutely the worst possible vet you could take your loved ones to.
