Appointment was scheduled out more then 2 months, soonest I could get an appointment. Then was told to arrive 15 minutes early to a 4PM appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for 38 minutes, I had to endure an hour longer sitting in a horribly uncomfortable chair just waiting to see the doctor. Over 2 hours in total for a 20 minute visit with the doctor. Cox Nixa Clinic is absolutely horrible. I like Dr Pharris but I will be looking for a new doctor in a private practice.

Went here for ear pain and sinus issues. Twice. Both times Doctor never checked my nasal cavity or really asked about my recurrent infection. Was just seen at Mercy I have fluid behind both ears and have to go to an ENT because they believe I could have nasal polyps. Don’t go here go to Mercy or your regular doctor , they have no idea what they are doing.

Can't get an appointment with your own Doctor. Staff is lazy or incompetent, not sure which. I decided I'm gonna have to find a new Doctor because of it. The Dr isn't the problem.

I had a fasting blood test scheduled for 3:30. I showed up 15 minutes early and checked in. After sitting 45 minutes and no explanation why, I left. Best Doctors and nurses, but horrible admin. Go to ozark to get lab work

I am not sure. I use Mercy clinics.
Dr Legri is really nice. He actually seems to be concerned about his patients. I recommend him
