I was not pleased with my initial consultation as I was ‘scolded’ for wearing make up (by Dr. Summers) though I was on a lunch break from work. No one told me not to wear make up when I scheduled the appointment. I was happy with my procedure though. A few years later, I returned and worked with Carissa for many sessions. She is AMAZING! Carissa was responsible for my procedures. I was/am very happy with the results. When I called to move my follow up appointment, due to a conflict, I learned Carissa was ‘let go.’ NO ONE had the courtesy to call me or let me know I was being pushed off to another practitioner. I was not given the option to choose whether or not I wanted to continue with the practice with a different practitioner. This is not acceptable to me! It took me a long time to be comfortable and to push me off to another practitioner with NO advanced notice is not acceptable! I have heard from colleagues/friends this is commonplace with this practice. The significant and meaningful team members are ‘here today and gone tomorrow.’ I am seeing this to be true. I am choosing to move on and take my business and cash elsewhere as this business philosophy does not align with my principles.

I can't say enough good things about my entire experience with Dr. Summers and his whole staff. From my initial consultation through my surgery and follow up, I feel like they all listened to me, and made sure that I understood what was going on in a friendly and professional manner. Dr. Summers did amazing work, and the results are fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.

I desired to have lip filler. I wanted fuller lips with a natural look. The provider was very knowledgeable and explained how I could get the desired look. I am so happy with results. In fact I get complimented quite often.

Dr. Summers 'fixed' my chin. By doing so, he ruined it. It has a huge divot on the right side and lines forming in my skin from the incision which he made far too close to my face rather than deep under the chin. My experience was ghastly. I regret it every single day. Another reputable surgeon I went to told me horror stories about what Summers has done to other women. This doctor has had to try to repair Dr. summers messes. Often they aren't fixable, they are so severe. I paid almost 8k recently to have a reputable doctor operate on my chin. It's better, but I still have to have costly botox and fillers in the divot and lines he left me with every couple of months. It's a fortune I could be using on other areas that are aging naturally. He butchered my nieces nose. She has had 3 more surgeries since and needs more. Please, don't risk it. There are many great plastic surgeons around. Do NOT go to him. I beg you. You will be sorry forever. Once he cuts there is no going back. I cannot believe he is still in practice. I'm writing this to prevent what happed to me, Beth and others. I have nothing to gain. He is the worst. UPDATE: I have had severe jaw spasms ever since Summers surgery. I thought it was TMJ. But I recalled that he hit a nerve on that right side during my operation (I gasped in pain and the nurses gasped also)...and I now know this is why i have this constant pain on my jawline. It's ghastly. Do you really want to risk your precious face or body? Please don't. There are many great surgeons in the area. He is a nicely dressed butcher. Go somewhere else. Please. If I had photos of my distorted, black and blue, hugely swollen face 10 days after a minor chin repair you would run for your life. But this was years ago and selfies weren't so common.
