Kerrion at the front desk is a prime example of grace under pressure. We had a minor issue with our door lock and the way he dealt with us all while running the show by himself was impressive to say the least. Room is clean and the amenities are great. Definitely would return.

The overnight front desk attendant was helpful and kind, helping us get checked in late into the night. On the second night of our stay, my partner and I were woken up to the fire alarms on our section of the first floor going off at around 12:45 AM. The hotel was having some technical difficulties, and this continued for over 30 minutes. The front desk attendant was running everywhere trying to get this resolved, and eventually did, but my partner and I were only able to stand outside during this time to escape the constant blaring of the alarms. I brought this up to the front desk attendant in the morning and he was very apathetic towards us. If this is the service I can expect from an international hotel group, I will be avoiding these brands in the future.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are filthy. There is hair everywhere. Hair all over the bathroom floor, on the towels, in the bed. The room was dusty, cob webs, tile coming off the walls in the bathroom, what looks like blood on the bathroom walls, the mirrors and windows have prints/splashes all over them. I had to change the sheets myself. When I asked the manager, Charlie, to have a full room cleaning and came back to see nothing done he told me that I only asked for it to be dusted (which it wasn’t) and didn’t care about my concerns of the cleanliness of the room. When I went back again he told me there is nothing he can do, rolled his eyes and had an incredibly bad attitude. The breakfast is a small kitchen where you make your own waffles, stale bread, and cold eggs. I will never stay at this hotel or it’s brand due to the way I was treated by the manager, Charlie, and the lack of cleanliness.

Positive: It was in the a great location, super close to everything I was doing! The free breakfast was good, and free parking. Negative: It could have been more clean. When we asked for a full service of the room, they only gave us fresh linen and towels. No actual cleaning took place i.e vacuuming,and such.
