The employees yelled instructions from the porch instead of walking out to assist. She thought I was throwing away paper bags in the garbage cans while I finished dumping glass before returning to the mixed paper aisle. At 46 and sunny, it's not a rough weather day.

I am just a customer that has been there a dozen times, not an employee. That being said, I have not seen nor do I believe that they have paper shredder services available.
No. They do not buy any materials. This is a recycling drop off center for paper, plastic, glass, etc. They do not take copper or other types of steel like a junkyard.
The recycling center in Lookout Valley also accepts electronics. They have a special covered bin at the end of the rows of bins, past the glass, near the fence.
Green, brown and clear glass can all be recycled at the City of Chattanooga Recycle Center.
