I have several friends who live at the. VIntage and it is a safe,clean,and.nice.place.to.live. they have activities.the grounds are.nice.and from what i see.the staff.is.first.rate.

I went out to the Vintage at Bremerton apartment complex a few days ago and was greeted by Jessica from the office there. She was very personable and kind. She showed me around the complex, and she took a lot of time to talk to me. She has a Beautiful smile, and knew a lot of Residents who greeted them with a Smile. Thank you for your interest in our property! Vintage at Bremerton is a low income SENIOR housing community nestled in the heart of East Bremerton. While we are a low income property, it is important to specify that our rents are not subsidized based on tenant’s income. Other than that, I always like to reiterate to our potential new residents that we are an active senior living community, so we do have age restrictions that must be met in order to qualify, as well. Our community requires applicants to meet the age requirement in one of two ways: an applicant must be 62 or older, or they must be 55 or older with a disability. Any co-applicants must be 40 years of age or older.

For example, if the unit is $820 the applicant would need to make a minimum of $1,230.00 on a monthly basis or $14,760.00 annually to qualify for the unit.
