Usually, I don't have any problems from Charlie's... However, I wish you guys would send an email or a call out or something to let your customers know that you are changing times for your will calls or cut off time for orders... It's been 5 different occasions now. "Oh our cut off time is 3:00.. our cut off time is actually 2:30." And today "sorry. Our will call cuts off at noon". I'm starting to think to look elsewhere for produce.. I'm sorry you guys are understaffed, but so is almost everywhere else... I'm just asking for a heads up or more organization..

They obviously don't care if their drivers can read. This guy drove the wrong way down a One Way by T-mobile in Bellevue and then parked in a way that blocked the loading dock. Made it really hard for people trying to get to work in the morning.

I bought some jalapeño peppers. No heat at all. Don't buy these gmo peppers. It was like eating neutral green peppers. Waste of money. No heat at all!!!

I made a banana delivery here & it was the fastest unload that I have ever seen. My appointment was at 1:30pm and they had me done & ready to hit the road at 2:20 pm. And the trailer was full of bananas 44,000Lbs. Of them. Plus the lady at the check in lot on first street was very nice & helpful. And the gentleman who unloaded me was one of the coolest people that I have ever meet. So Charlie's produce in Seattle, Wa. Is a great company to delivery to.
