Well I'm Lawrence, can I start classes there with just the receipt while waiting for the learners permit card? Also, how long does the classes take?

Lawrence unfortunately no. They will need to make a copy of your I.D. on the first class. You cannot do the behind the wheel training without a permit in hand. Please contact them though as you may be able to start & then give them the card to make a copy once you get it in the mail. Hope this helps.
