Employee gave me the wrong sized rotars. Luckily nothing bad has happened after driving on them for a year. Except I have to prematurely pay for new ones and figure out what to do with my uneven wear on my break pads. Have not had many good experiences here. Autozone will be getting our business.

Employees are always so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Store is well stocked too.

This is the most unhelpful store of this chain that I have ever been to. They do not listen to your problems, they cut you off in the middle of your sentence, and to top it all off the manager Allen sings jingles and talks in strange voices to the customers while they are checking out. If you need to use one of these stores I would highly recommend Central entrance or taking the extra time to drive to Hermantown if you want great service
