I wish they had an option for zero stars, they don't even deserve one. John Britton shouldn't have the title of manager, he degrades people, he uses vulgar language and he doesn't let you speak. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. Thank you for reaching out to me, Chris Lesota, you were extremely nice, however the damage was already done from your incompetent manager. What a nightmare. For the record, my car was fine before they messed with it. Austin was great but Kelly had zero customer service skills. Just an awful experience. You couldn't pay me to go back to this location even if it was free.

I have been coming for oil change and use my own oil and filter. This is the first time I am being denied using my own oil and filter. The representative did not give me the valid reason why they can’t use the oil that I brought. Frustrated with their service.
