I have been with Madison River Propane since MAC sold to them. I miss MAC. Twice I have run out of propane and I am on the auto fill. I was told the program that calculates the deliver is not accurate. Plus I am always getting statements. Well after I pay the bill. I ask then about that and was told that a separate company send out the statements. There was no apology. All the drivers are great. May be time to switch.

I had a great experience here. I was leaving for a camping trip in 2 days, and needed to have a custom line attached to my Propane fire pit to fit my RV. I spoke to Jared, who asked me to come in so he could take a look at my connectors. He was able to make me a custom hose at a reasonable price, and now we'll have a fire pit even during fire ban season. I'm very pleased with how much they helped me out on very short notice.
