Check in process/taking vitals was pretty slow but the nurse practitioner was sweet and knowledgeable. She even peeked inside my toddler’s ears (she wasn’t the one with the appt) to make sure she didn’t have an ear infection.

Showed up at 110 and was turned away with a crying baby with an ear ache because they closed at 130. I'll stick to my pediatrician.
