After using one of the corporate owned HVAC repair services, I said never again. They are too expensive and did not fix the problem. Ken quickly isolated my problem, resolved it, and charged a fraction of what the previous service charged. I highly.recommend Kens for anything HVAC related.

Each time that I have used Ken's HVAC service, he has come out within 3 hours or sooner and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it right away. I highly recommend his services. Plus he doesn't push and push you to get a new unit like Help does. If it can be fixed, he will fix it. Honesty and integrity are important in an HVAC company. Prices are about average maybe a little less than average.

Air filters need to at least be checked once a month and changed when needed
