We've been donating to Arc of Washington for many years. Their service is great and the cause with which the donations generate funds are very worthy of our small effort to support the group.

I called and scheduled a pick up time between 7am - 3pm to have them pick up 10 large boxes full of very nice used clothing, household items and lots of books. I called to confirm the day before and then had my husband haul all of the boxes out to our porch. Around 2pm I called to see when they would be here as it was about to start raining and I was told they forgot my pick up. I had to haul in all the boxes and put them back in the garage before the rain started. The lady who answered the phone was so unhelpful and rude. I really wish they would have called or let me know as I had to take all of my boxes one trip at a time to goodwill. I will never donate to them again.
