I should of got the lady’s name she helped me save over half my shipping fees by getting the details for each of my packages and deducted the price because I brought my own stamps the greatest service I’ve had trying to mail things

I know covid has caused a strain but my mortgage company didn't receive payment for June. I put the payment in the mailbox across from my main post office at night and now no one knows where it is. So I've gotta go through hell to get the money order refunded and try to come up with a double mortgage payment because my refund will take 1-2 months. And Im afraid to send July's payment via USPS and have this happen again. And on top of it alot of my shipments have been arriving broken and leaking.

We had problems a couple months ago with not receiving mail we should have received... I called and called and called, the lady said she spoke to the carrier and he had been delivering ALL mail. Well today my boyfriend noticed a package on the porch of the vacant house next to ours and went to go look. The package belonged to our neighbor, he was curious and looked in the mail box of the vacant house. There was the mail we were missing Plus more of ours that I had called and called about. I get mistakes happen but the house is dilapidated so I think someone just got lazy. Especially since our mail carrier was asked about the mail. No need to be lazy, if you don’t like your job get a new one. All kinds of things could have happened with such carelessness including our identities being stolen. I will definitely be calling tomorrow!
