Reynolds in Mooresville have some of the best folks. Bob runs the store awesome and it shows with all the great people that work here. Service dept takes the time to explain things to you and listens to what you are telling them. As long as Bob is still there, I will continue being a happy customer.

Called ordering a part for a John deere gator that they had in stock in fishers. They told me it would be 20 dollars more than the online price for us to pick up at their Mooresville location. Didn't explain why or if it was shipping. All around rude customer service. Wouldn't recommend getting parts from Reynolds unless they are stocked at the location.

This place harbors what I believe to be the laziest salesman on the planet. I do not know how they can afford him. He has lost THREE compact tractor sales from me and two garden tractors. The latest X-738. I am being courteous here by not naming the person since it's not my place to manage their store. Anytime I visit the store for parts or supplies they are on it Jonny on the spot. I do not understand why or how this guy keeps his job. Will not return calls timely, sometimes never. Good luck.
