Absolutely horrid experience. Wonky message that I believe said court is canceled, then says call us with questions and hangs up. Call back and there is no option to talk to a person.

I have been trying to get ahold of the prosecutor for weeks to discuss a speeding ticket. Multiple voicemails left never got a call back. I wasn’t able to make my court date due to being on clinical for school and never got a call back to have my court date moved. Seems a little unfair to have to pay up without a call back.
