They came out to fix a leak. They identified the issue and then I fixed it myself with some caulk. Then they talked me into a service plan and to get my HVAC inspected. SOO glad I did. Turns out my heat exchanger was busted and leaking CO2 into the house. Anyway, can't thank them enough. Even if it cost me more than I was planning on this week. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The price wasn't bad and I liked the warranty they offered on my new furnace.
