I hate that this has to be my post office. We are now almost 3 years into covid and they STILL will not deliver to my apartment door that is OUTSIDE. I have to go into this TINY office to retrieve my packages because the delivery guy won't walk packages up my stairs. When I asked the front desk why they won't deliver, she said because of covid. Makes no sense to have people poor into a tiny office to retrieve their packages when the mail guy can certainly mask up.

This place is usually post office slow, and if you have the misfortune to be "helped" by Karen you will most likely also get a smack of rudeness and unfriendly attitude. Thus pace should be improved, or closed.

Mountlake Terrace/Lynnwood carrier is not bringing packages to door during Stay Home/Stay Safe. Post office is returning my parcels while I'm in quarantine. Terrible. Also, very rude and impatient on the phone. Update 3/1/2021: Now in addition to not bringing packages to my door or leaving in onsite locker or leaving with building manager, they are not even leaving notifications in my mailbox that a package is ready for pickup. Parcel tracking states "moved, no forward address". A complete lie. Are you kidding me?!?! How much lazier are you going to get USPS? For a few brief weeks they were really great. My usual carrier must've been on vacation. It's unfortunate ONE LAZY WORKER and one rude phone answerer is tarnishing my entire view of USPS. Update: 3/4/2021 After submitting a complaint via USPS, they responded to say they've spoken with my carrier and they will correct their style of delivery. I am grateful for the response and hopeful my future packages will be delivered onsite to my door, my locker, or my property manager's office.

I have been here multiple times and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended. It's a post office so your gonna expect to wait during the busy times but if people have their act together and have everything filled out correctly it makes everything run a whole lot smoother.

Yes you have to go to the office and request for a new one with your i.d and a mail you received before via that address.
Due to the government shut down and snow it could take longer. Or some pharmacies can't provide.
Yes
The local USPS rotates drivers often, and has temporary drivers fill in for vacations, etc. I've had numerous issues. Best to put your Last Name on the box of Your address, so there's no possible confusion for their carrier(s). I Still have mail show up for the previous resident (who hasn't lived here in 8 years!) lol.
