A worker of yours i believe he was a security gaurd he asked a underage girl that is 16 for her number and kept asking the guy is 22 years old

You would have to address that to the security and homeowners association of "Silver Lakes" as they provide the general security in the entire area. Hope you are able to bring your complaint to them. Very sorry that such an experience is happening in our community, that should never happen... let me know if you need further assistance.
