Took a Ryobi 4 cycle powerhead in for tune up. Tim spent a ton pf time trying to get it running correctly. It turns out that it probably needs a new carb and probably fuel tank, I decided it wasn't worth it and Tim refused to take payment for his efforts. This is why I a a firm believer in supporting local small businesses.

Not worth calling them and not worth renting from them. I called in for quote and the guy (Jim or Jeff, soemthing with a J) was super rude over the phone. Invest in a better phone so that your future customers and your employee don't get frustrated by having to repeat themselves. I know it's the busy season for party and events so make it easier for your employee and customer by having the pricing of chairs and tables on your website. This way your employee can focus on other task since its busy. If I could give a 0, I would.

These guys are the best! Friendly, helpful and reliable. Casey helped with an urgent need for a piece of equipment in 5 minutes I was out to the job! The entire staff is well trained, always say "hello" and helpful. My business is out of Seattle but I only rent from Total Rents in Everett!
