I was really in a pickle. I’m having a hip replacement soon and walking is tough. I went to the Staples on Harrodsburg Rd in Lexington, Ky. I explained to Rhiannon in the print section I was scheduled for surgery and I live 2 hours away. I needed 4 language tests repaired by tomorrow. She worked very hard and was helpful and cheerful. She completed my test repairs in one days time so I wouldn’t have to travel back to Lexington. Destiny helped her and they finished the job. Then a young man named Chris carried my tests to the car. You can’t get better service than that! Thanks Rhiannon, Destiny and Chris.

I've been there before in person and it was fine. This review is about there over the phone customer service skills since they are abysmal. I called asking about a monitor I saw the previous time asking if was still on sale. The guy on the phone said it would be better to come in instead. I tried to explain the details of the monitor so he can check if the monitor was still there. Nope. Too lazy. Why would I come in if you guy's don't have the monitor I'm looking for? For no reason? To small talk? Moronic.

First, Randy was extremely helpful. I had a wonderful experience here today having my passport photos made. They can provide different sizes depending on what country or occasion you need them for and the service is very quick. Not to mention they turn out beautifully due to the high quality camera used! Would highly recommend getting your passport photos done here rather than CVS or Walgreens!!
