Your vehicle was quoted to you as being complete .( meaning having all the important parts on it, motor, transmission, battery, tires and wheels, and a complete exhaust system) Your vehicle was not a complete vehicle because the catalytic converter was not on the car. If you are still not happy with this explanation, you are more than welcome to come out to our shop, get your money back, and take your car anywhere you'd like.
