Awesome customer service! Great selection of bike's & accessories πUpdated 6/18/2022. I needed a new seat for a mountain bike, with better cushioning. The gentleman that helped me asked questions about my bike, how much I ride etc. So he could give me the best recommendation for the seat I needed. After I made my pick, he installed the new one & I was able to donate my old seat for someone else to use. As soon as I got back home, I tried the new seat out & it was a great purchase, so much better than the old seat. Awesome Customer service like the kind I always get at New Haven Bicycles & great products, is why I keep going back! Check them out for anything you need & they also have repaired bicycles for us too, at very reasonable prices!

I went in for the first time to see how much it was going to get my bike fixed. Unfortunately, the price was more (to me) to get it fixed so I was showed what bikes were available for purchase. Some were a bit pricey ($600-700, comes with a warranty). The cheapest was $125, I bought one for a little over $200 plus tax. I was also able to take the bike for a test run to see if I liked it. Now it may seem like it's a lot of money for a bike but if it lasts for years then it's money well spent. Also the gentleman who helped me was helpful and honest about the bikes plus my old one he took and donates it.. I WILL be back for either a fix or another buy.

I was just in the shop, to get a new bike seat. I did see a 3 wheel bike in the showroom. Have you tried calling the business ?
If it's something interesting I'm sure they would. Most bike shops I know buy as well as sell
No we carry Sun Driffters. That is our equivalent to the Townie only more affordable. Feel free to stop in & test drive one.
