Overall good service. Dropped off my car for new tires and it was ready later that afternoon, no issues there. The tires were priced fairly. Two issues though that prevent this from being 5 stars. First, they set the tire pressure incorrectly and the TP sensor flagged it half a mile down the road. All tires were set 3-5 PSI too low. Pumped them up at home, not a real problem in the long run, but annoying to have to set the pressure on new tires, really no reason it shouldn't be done correctly by the shop. Second, despite whatever their alignment sheet says, the alignment or the steering wheel clocking is off by just a little bit. If I hold the wheel straight and level, the car pulls to the left slightly. Moderately annoying, but not sure if it's enough to warrant wasting the time to have them try and fix it.

The Techs took excellent care of my car and it’s needs. They replaced all of my brakes (disks, drums, and pads), gave it a full synthetic oil and filter change, replaced the coolant, and cleaned up the fuel system. All at a very reasonable price. Great Job! Thank you.

The smarmy sales guy (David) did not fully break down my bill, he charged me for a tpms sensor I did not need. And a standard installation I did not want. Gross sales tactics.

horrible service. first i came in for a tire replacement and they put the wrong tires on my car. then i come in to get the correct ones. I had an appointment for 12. They said it will be 2-3 hours, which is long for tires, but i was fine with it. i come back 3 hours later and they haven’t even started working on my car! I say something so they finally start it and say it is going to be 2 more hours. Go somewhere else where they won’t waste your time. worst experience at a tire discounters ever.

Do I need an alignment?

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed - all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.
