They do the Mass in the Extraordinary Form, but they are in full communion with both the Pope and the local Diocese. They have an extension of their site in Union Kentucky as well. I usually go to the Ordinary Form of the Mass, but an Extraordinary Form is absolutely beautiful if done right. They have Mass at 7, 9, and 11:30 on Sunday and 6:30 and 12:10 on weekdays and 8 on Saturday with daily confessions. With Holy Days that aren’t federal holidays or Sundays, they have Mass at 6:30, 12:10 and 7.

Yes, dress well and modestly.
According to there website they are operating as normal. I've only heard that All Saints will be shutting down. This is the parish my husband and I attend when visiting family.
Guidelines directly from their website: "To dress becomingly for God and neighbor, and in keeping with the reverence due to the Blessed Sacrament, kindly refrain from wearing shorts, tee-shirts, tank-tops, revealing blouses, sleeveless or backless dresses, or form-fitting clothing of any sort. Please wear dresses and skirts fall below the knee when sitting even with leggings. With due regard to time and circumstance, all are encouraged to wear decorous attire befitting sacred and divine worship."
