Rice and seafood are both naturally gluten free, and are the primary ingredients in sushi.
You don't need one. But I highly recommend it for a Saturday night

They are compliant with covid safety regulations. Masks are worn, frequently touched objects and items are routinely sanitized as is the entire restaurant and social distancing is practiced
