My mom stayed at Brookdale Finneytown for over a year. It's a clean facility and the workers were nice. Overall it definitely met our expectations.

SCAM ALERT!!!! FRAUD!!!! My stepfather went to check out their facilities. He was very happy. He wanted to go there. He placed a hold on an apartment. We were all told he had five days to find out whether we could find it. We didn't think we could. But we wanted him to know that we were trying to get him into somewhere he likes. The sales lady went through a lot of paperwork rather quickly. But no deposit was made. Several days later we had to stop him from making a deposit because we had not been able to arrange funding. We hadn't finished trying. We canceled the whole too because we did not want him to pay all of his money for something he could not have. We were hoping that there would be no attempted scam. Ali we're quickly warned by several Professionals in the business that that was unlikely. There didn't seem to be a problem. Yesterday they called him trying to collect $3,700 for the hold on the apartment that he no longer has on hold. The fraud that they are trying to enforce as a contract does not have a date on the signature page. It was not explained when he signed it. We were sitting right there. I can think of at least three ways that what they are doing is fraud on any level in any jurisdiction. I'm not a legal professional. Just someone who has had to deal with scam artists before. I kind of hope Patty no last name and the rest of those thieves bring it to court. I would like to own her house.
