Lets say...thay contacted me after leaving a negative review..The apt was drainging water from the bathroom ceiling the day i was moving in..it didnt have the features advertised..the apt flooded within 2days..as i cldnt call them..i didnt want to accept the apt in those conditions..i had videos and picturesof how bad it was..i had to threaten to go to court(as i tried to set up escrow on day 1)..they refused to contact me to give my money back..i eventually,got most of my deposit back..horrible experience..

I am a honest person and barely even write reviews , but with all of the unprofessional and irresponsible things this company has going on it is almost MANDATORY to let the world know. They are now partnered with a company called “Independence Realty” this company will lie their way out of responsibility & I have text messages to back everything I say. Prior to me breaking my lease I reached out about problems in the home I was renting and they sent techs out twice for mold and and toilet. Two of my other request were canceled and ignored. The unit had mice and I spoke with a lawyer who told me usual a landlord is responsible to make the unit inhabitable. Which you would think mice would be there responsibility, but all they said was per my lease it is my responsibility. Wrong person I don’t know everything about everything , but I’m pretty sure that would fall on them to make the home inhabitable ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY WERE THEIR BEFORE MY OCCUPANCY. The home is a duplex and it has been confirmed by the neighbors they were there prior to me moving in. ALSO I would know my previous home DID NOT HAVE MICE.They got cats and decided to fight the problem on their own. Most definitely not me I had children in the home. Then after me moving out I reached out to speak about payment plans and was told I would receive a move out letter and will be given 10 days to make any outstanding payments. Now any good company would be willing to set a payment plan up because people live in the real world , but whatever. I just really want to warn ANYONE I would highly recommend not wasting money or time on a company that does not even value their residents. DO NOT LISTEN IF THEY RESPOND AND SAY THEY DIDNT PARTNER BECAUSE AS A RECENT TENET I can definitely comfirm they did. They just recently switch names or partners almost two months ago. I’m pretty sure they have some covering up in their background. This company is what you would call MODERN DAY SLUMLORDS. They don’t even deserve this one star. And when someone ask to speak with someone they don’t just want to text . ANSWER THE PHONE & return calls . It would be the start of bettering your company.
