Do not expect quality care from the Liberty office. My daughter was not taken seriously and left feeling quite upset.

My insurance changed in January. My first visit in January I brought in my new card and informed front desk staff that my insurance changed. She told me that it was fine and I was still in network. In April I found out through my insurance company that this office is not in network. Now I'm out 400.00 for their mistake. When I talked to the billing office, they said I'm responsible and there's nothing they can do for me. Be careful this office is not honest.

I just went in to follow up on an injury from 2 weeks ago. I originally went to the ER, it is worker's comp. My worker's comp nurse told me to go here. I have no idea how worker's comp works - I hope this is the one and only time I need it. She told me I could only go to the original doctor. I tried to explain, and she was very rude and unhelpful. I was in pain. I was doing what I was told to do. Please don't work in the medical field, especially in an urgent care, if you have 0 compassion.
