Terrible. We have packages picked up often, we've had a package that was picked up with one other package, one came up missing, the other tracked instantly. The missing box had a $160 item in it, the one that didn't come up missing was $10. The person "trying to find it" won't even take the time to talk to the driver..just ask him what happened? It's not a huge facility, she probably sees this driver often. Terrible branch. Just plain lazy.

No. The staff seems fully trained and Capable. It's a decent PO...I've not been to Muncie or Indianapolis main Distribution center. So, I can only speak on th Richmond facility. And, it seems more than capable for the demand of the population locally...possibly even up to another 10 to 15K more, before the need to expand further. Hope this helps, I may not have fully grasped what you were asking.
If you turned in a change of address form, it does take a few days to start getting your mail.
