if y'all wanna close at 10:50, put 10:50 on your hours, not 11. I understand not wanting someone to grab a cart and shop around, and this is coming from a fellow retail worker, stay open until your marked hours. and don't lock the door in a customer's face and give them a cut off signal, that's absolutely just rude. as well, the quality and cleanliness of the store has gone down drastically since i was working here, very disappointing.

Cindy from HR is one of the rudest people to get “help” from. You would think someone who works in HR would be friendly to people but I guess not at the englewood Kroger where everything is falling apart.

Fri 26 Aug around 12:30 pm and this place looks like the world is ending soon. All those potential cash registers but only two of them is open. They have two massive lines formed but only two clerks. Unfortunately I had to go over to the "Customer Service" desk for what I needed but it got worse..... Nobody is working the customer service desk!!! Let me say that again, NOBODY is working at the desk! It's break time so nobody is answering the phone or helping customers. I am not making that up. Instead of hiring enough people to cover all the unused cash registers or staff the customer service desk, they have two clerks and nobody behind the desk. I feel sorry for you employees that have to work under such incompetent management.
