Yes they do check for ID to buy tobacco products.
We do not currently stock puff plus vapes at our location. Customers can request new products to be procured. Typically our vape selection costs $16-$20 depending on the type. Hope this answers your question.
They can, it all depends on the location. Some will give them back in case you enter the losers on the lottery website to get points for gift cards etc
