The physicians are wonderful; however, I'm not sure if this falls on Mercy or the practice itself but ever since Mercy took over fairfield medical group they have had horrible communication and improper scheduling. This is the 2nd time I've made a same day sick visit for them to call me a few minutes later to cancel the sick visit and attempt to reschedule it for a different day because symptoms make it a red visit not a regular visit. I feel the staff could use training because when you schedule an appointment you are asked the signs, symptoms, and reasoning for said appointment so how does sick visits get scheduled wrong? It's most definitely a hassle when you change your day around for doctors appointments for them to change it on you last minute. I have filed a complaint with the practice manager as well.

Megan houser is the best ! . She actually listens to you and wants to help you . It was very important to me with my case because of my history and she was still willing to try and help me , I would give 10 stars if I could and if you are on the edge about a first time visit with her I would NOT be nervous and I would definitely go for it . You will love her she's great . All the staff their is awesome and very helpful , I'm very glad I'm a patient here . Keep it up !!! Tks

Had a great experience with staff and Megan Houser. As someone that struggles with anxiety and depression I felt very comfortable and welcome here. Where other healthcare professionals in the past made me feel judged and unsympathetic to all of my concerns/problems, Megan listened and made me feel at ease. Megan was able to come up with a plan of care quickly and with my anxiety in mind,made it so it is not overwhelming. I actually feel optimistic about getting my well-being back on track.
