Absolutely terrible service. Attempted to eat here on a Wednesday night as it was one of the few options in town that was open. Waited for 10 minutes at the host stand to be greeted, and multiple employees walked by and never acknowledged anyone in our party. We left to find another option but everything else had closed, so we returned here to try again. We waited then another 15 minutes with the same issue, no acknowledgement, no greeting, not even any eye contact from any employee. It’s like we were invisible. A sign up front read that they were understaffed, which I fully understand, but a simple “we’ll be right with you” would have been appreciated. Once we were finally greeted, the “host” was extremely snarky and had an attitude like it was a bother that we wanted to eat a meal here. We left before even being seated as the price point of the menu did not justify the service. Save your time and money and find something else.

Absolute worst restaurant experience ever. I’m not one to write reviews, but I would never waste my money going here ever again or recommend it to anyone. If the food and service are anything like what we experienced on a regular basis, I have no idea how they have any good reviews. We ordered an appetizer and didn't receive it until an hour later. Before it even arrived, a server stopped by and asked if we were ready for our check! We never even received any food…an hour later!! When we finally got our food, my salmon wasn’t even cooked in the middle and the fettuccine was by no means edible. At the very least, the servers should have communicated they were backed up, but their customer service skills were very poor even when I returned my partially raw salmon. Save your money! McDonald’s would have been the better option.

I absolutely love coming here. I travel frequently to the Port Angeles area for work and I exclusively eat here. The bar staff at night is amazing. Nikita, Marie, Courtney are amazing and make this experience so wonderful. Super friendly, attentive, and just wonderful people. Some of best service I have ever received. This place is my go to. Breakfast is equally amazing as well. Shelly and Alex are amazing and make such a welcome and inviting place to have breakfast. The cook Danny comes out and engages with his patrons and more cooks can learn a lesson about customer service by following his example. Love this place and the people here are amazing. You would me missing out on the best customer service in the Port Angeles area of you don't eat/drink here. Ask about the 12th man shot at the bar. So good.

After going to hurricane ridge we stopped for lunch. They weren't too crowded but there was only one server. She was attentive and had great recommendations. They were also having some sort of banquet on the other side of the restaurant. Our food took a little longer but we didn't mind the wait. Beautiful views regardless of the rain. The fries were a little too crunchy for my liking but everything else was great. Not pictured- my husband's halibut, asparagus and Mac n cheese.
