Shamrock Restoration, LLC replaced my roof. The experience I had with Shamrock roofing was amazing! Rob O' Brien is an expert in the roofing business. The customer service that he provides really is truly amazing and worth noting! Not to mention, he is not afraid to tackle difficult situations! He also has a lot of experience working with insurance companies to make sure his customers get what they need to take care of their homes. I also like the fact that Shamrock Restoration uses quality materials when they are working on your roof. Shamrock Restoration is a certified GAF contractor who uses excellent products when working on your roof. The Shamrock crew tore my old 3 tab roof off in the morning and had my new GAF dimensional roof on before suppertime. Their work is absolutely amazing and I would have no concerns recommending them for your all your roofing needs The last thing I wanted to mention and truly appreciated was my experience working with Rob O' Brien was absolutely amazing! He is honest, forthcoming, and is no nonsense! If he tells you he is going to do something, he stands behind his word, and will provide you with excellent customer service. I like to support businesses that are customer oriented and works to achieve customer satisfaction. Rob O' Brien and Shamrock Restoration took excellent care of me during a very difficult situation They never failed to provide me with excellent customer service. It is very rare for me to write a review of any business but I have to give Rob O' Brien and Shamrock Restoration 5 stars for all they done to help me navigate a very difficult situation. I am very satisfied because I am convinced that I received an excellent product and I was able to work with an excellent company.
