Been working here thru agency an its definitely the nicest, cleanest, kindest facility ive seen maybe ever an ive been in healthcare a very long time. The only negative thing I could even say is the drive. Coming from Lawrenceburg its almost a 2 hour drive an the traffic here is scary but nothing but good things on the facility!@

The hallways have a horrible stench of urine. The hallways need a good scrubbing paint and new decorations. The carpet, wallpaper and pictures/decorations was there in the 80's When my grandmother lived there.

This place is process of being sold. To the best of (My knowledge)to a company called Pacifica. From California. Going from non profit to profit facility. I had an accident here about 25 days after I moved in. Been through emergency surgery on June 2 that kept me NON WEIGHT BARING until September 12. 2022 I began to walk on 2 feet. I have a ESA who they accepted. She was returned back here Sept 19 and a community manager tells me that my ESA will be removed (IF) I can't control her! I had been to a COMMUNITY Meeting where I told all at meeting my ESA pet was back. I have no idea what's next with Colonial Heights vs Pacifica? I've received a call from Pam today who signed me up to rent at Colonial Heights. Pam called me and told me To Remove My Statement from google because IT Was SLANDEROUS ! This is my second day of trying to write a review that's acceptable to COLONIAL HEIGHTS . To the best of my knowledge. This review is true and correct so help me God!

My Great-aunt is living at the Gardens. We have found the bldg clean, staff friendly and helpful, and my aunt has settled in very nicely. She is involved in tha activities and is doing better than living on her own.
