Car bad, train good. Train bridge next to car bridge: very good for train nerd. Loses two stars for weird lane configuration and confusing bridge nerds by not being a Bailey bridge.

Yes. I seen several taking this bridge and now that ive been over there again thats exactly where they are sending trucks for alternate route.
The Clay Wade Bailey Bridge is open for traffic as usual. I just drove across the bridge from Covington to Cincinnati. No repairs that I'm currently aware of. CSX has been doing some track work on the railroad side.
Yes. It is accessible from 4th Street in Covington and 2nd/3rd Street in Cincinnati.
