Update to the owner response - I was not at all growing my hair out. It’s very upsetting that you try to turn the situation back on me. Perfect example of bad service. I specifically said when I called that there was a section of hair that wasn’t cut right which became more obvious after the haircuts began to grow out. When I went to get my hair fixed by another salon since your salon refused to correct the mistake, the stylist said it was almost a half inch shorter on one side so it had nothing to do with the “growing out process”. It was a bad haircut and all I wanted was 10 minutes to fix a section that wasn’t cut correctly. I am a very nice person and it is very upsetting to be treated so poorly, which is why I took the time to write this review. Your receptionist was very rude and it very much caught me off guard. There was NO attempt to correct this haircut. Own up to the mistakes your salon can make instead of trying to put the blame on the client. And unless this is the receptionist I spoke with on the phone writing your response, no owner ever attempted to contact me as you stated. Used to really enjoy coming here and had hoped my search for a stylist had ended. I have short hair and my last haircut was great until it started to grow out. Two weeks after my cut it would not lay right and it was longer on one side. I called and asked if I could come in and get this one side fixed. It would have taken maybe 10 minutes. I was shocked to learn they would not get me in. The stylist was booked for two weeks and there was nothing they could do and to just wait until my next appointment. Well with short hair you can’t just wait out a bad haircut. The receptionist was very rude! I am very easy going and hate to complain but I am so upset to have been treated in this way. I found a stylist who was able to fix this haircut and it was an inch longer on this one side!!! Just be cautious going to this salon. The customer service is awful and they truly just don’t care.
