These people are absolute CLOWNS. The back parking lot is full of trash from them cleaning the cars. Some of the employees were out sitting on top of one of the cars smoking a joint. It's a mess. Don't go here.

No car available despite reservation. They said I could wait a couple of hours to see if somebody would return a vehicle. Was able to book a car for less $ on Hotwire within 15 minutes, but had to take train back to airport. Wasted $20-. At least they gave me ride back to the train station.

They were amazing. Helped me with an issue that Hertz messed up. Car could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was a good experience.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. These employees have maxed out my credit card with daily charges for a car key that THEY lost in their drop box return. They have charged me almost $1000 for a rental that was returned on time (I took pictures to verify my claims). Corporate won’t help you, and there is no reasonable person in management to talk to. If you want to save yourself a massive headache dealing with a terrible company that refuses to help you, then rent from literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

Save $$$ + forget UBER + Lyft = take the A Train from DIA to Central Station (near 36 + Central Park + FBI Denver HQ) then transfer to Route 43, 65, or 73 Bus + as soon as the bus turns South on Quebec (by the Sonic Drive-Thru To Fast Food Place) get off at that Bus Stop + Hertz at 3535 Quebec is behind the Sonic (Westward) !!!
No they do not, you can uber, take a taxi, or take the train to central park station to get to the location.

Edmund if you want a Hertz Shuttle Bus pickup = it's only for Hertz DIA location, as they're not going to take you to 35th + Quebec, but the RTD Light Rail + an RTD Bus will take you right in front of 3535 Quebec for a LOT LESS $$$$ than Uber or Lyft !!;
