The program was great and very effective however there is a nurse there I believe her name was Holly, she seemed to be on some type of drug. She was rambling on while she was talking and while she was filling out my paperwork she was leaning really bad. She was very nice but she just did not seem like she was in a clear state of mind.

First off I do not want this review to deter anyone from coming here. The majority of the nurses are fantastic. The doctor is great as well. It's a good experience everytime I come in. Unfortunately, there is one nurse there that is obviously "on something". I noticed her last month and kind of ignored the way she was acting. But this time I couldn't, she took my vitals, while doing so she would talk and her words would kind of trail off into mumbling. She was leaned over on the counter for a few minutes supposedly filling out my paperwork. Also, I had to have my blood drawn on this visit. This particular nurse unfortunately had to do it. Everything was going okay until she went to switch viles and the needle fell out of my arm because she couldn't control herself/sit still for even a few seconds. She then proceeded to sanitize the area where she stuck then reinserted the needle for a couple seconds, when no blood was coming out she took the needle out again, sanitized the area then put a band aid over it. I asked if she was able to draw enough blood and she assured me that she did. I don't want anyone to lose their job over this encounter, I just want her to get help. She seems like a genuinely good person.

The office is dated, the staff is uninterested in you personally and there is a car parked in front with a pig on it. Felt very rushed the entire time except for the hour wait

$39 first visit $59 a month or $120 every 2 months That is for the main medication. There are other medications and supplements that you may want to add, but they are optional.
No by appointment only. Since the original doctor is out for 3 months. So the doctor who is filling in for him only does Saturdays by appointment only.

U can’t use insurance for this. Ur doctor can prescribe it for you if you live in Kentucky though

Do they help, yes. The work is on you though. You have to change your diet and lifestyle. You cannot take the medicine and sit on the couch. I lost 59lbs in a little over a year.
They allow you to choose your own diet, if there's a diet that has worked for you before that you like better than theirs. What they suggest is a low calorie, low carb, high protein diet.
Its $40 for the first visit and $60 after that. Its a monthly program so that is the monthly cost.
