It has been nearly 2-1/2 years since I've seen a movie here (Covid). They have done a remarkable job upgrading the theaters with reclining seating, and the lobby is beautiful. I was impressed by the cleanliness all-around, and friendliness of the staff.

Staff are nice and seating is fantastic with the reclining leather seats! The main thing I didn't like, when buying the largest popcorn and drink thinking it has at least one free refill, they don't tell you you have to have a loyalty membership. Went to get a refill for the family only to be told sorry can't get one, I paid almost $12 for a bag of popcorn? They just responded with yep..

We came to see a late film yesterday around 10pm. Staff members were on top of customer service, and I didn't have to wait longer than four minutes to get my snacks at the counter. The theatre was very well maintained too. When the film ended, there was a surprising amount of snow outside. But, their team already had cleared the snow making a safe path for guests to return to their vehicles. Had a great experience and hope to return again soon.

This is a good movie theatre. Staff is friendly and the theatre and facilities are clean. If you are a regular customer please be aware of a few post Covid changes. 1) no more free seasoning, 2) you must be a member now to get free refills, perfectly understandable given the economics. (Not sure if the child care is still open, that was a great option). The only thing I dislikes is that they disabled the kiosk outside where you can purchase your tickets. Which means you have to stand in line. 🙄 ****update. LOVING the new reclining seats that they added.
