The best night, plus Thor love and thunder isn't too bad, great seats, friendly staff and hard workers, thank you. Your theatre is super clean, I loved the sound system . Had a milestone night at thirty four that most girls take for granted, as cheap romance, it felt like Casanova effects to me though. loved feeling normal tonight. ❤️😎💥😺. Your theatre and just location is surreal I'm a fan.

ZERO STARS! Terrible service! Rude manager! I placed a food order, they forgot about it. Asked for my food after waiting 15 minutes and they said "oh, sorry, we'll start it now but it's gonna be at least 15 minutes. Tried to talk to the manager and she gave me a nasty look from hell and walked away from me! Finally got my food and it was only half the order. Had to wait another 15 minutes. I was in the lobby with only one other customer and missed the first 30 minutes of our movie. Then, when we tried to eat the food it was awful! Brought it to the same manager who argued how good the food was after admitting she "NEVER eats there." This was the single worst movie experience ever and I will never be back to that theater. This was the AMC theater at 826 Albion St, Denver, CO 80220. Also, trying to submit a complaint to corporate is like jumping through hoops! Customer service is clearly a systemic problem throughout this company! I'm sticking with the Alamo from now on. The people are great, the food is amazing, and I never have to miss part of my movie!

The movie we saw was fine. But AMC's online ticket purchasing and food services leave a lot to be desired. For one thing, the ticket checks are done in the same line in which people purchase tickets. In other words, you still have to wait behind all the people who want to buy tickets before you can get your online code checked, so so what's the point of buying in advance? The online food service ordering is totally dysfunctional. You receive a message via text as you go to the theater telling you that your food will be ready for pick up at a certain time at a kiosk near the concession area. But there's no kiosk--you have to wait in line with the other people who are buying their food at that time. When you get to the service counter, not only is your food not ready, but they don't have the item that you ordered online, and haven't had it for more than a week. Moreover, there's a convenience charge on your order for the food that wasn't ready, and isn't available now. Although they could refund money for the unavailable food item, they were unable to refund the convenience charge. I'm sure some savvy class action plaintiffs' lawyer will pick up on this practice which appears to violate Colorado consumer protection law. Finally, the place was filthy. Please get some competent cleaning staff to go over the carpets and common areas between shows.
